The Conference Boys is a photography and video production business operated by Krishna Das Bosch (ABN 76 504 629 815), trading as The Conference Boys. We are based on the Tweed Coast, NSW, and serve the Tweed, Byron Bay, and Gold Coast regions.

- Send you documents related to your booking (agreement, invoice, gallery delivery)

How We Store Your Information
Enquiry form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and forwarded to our business email account, hosted by Google. Both Netlify and Google maintain industry-standard security practices.
We retain your contact information for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with standard business record-keeping obligations (generally up to 5 years, consistent with ATO requirements for sole traders).
We do not store your personal information on unsecured systems or share it with third parties outside of what is required to deliver your project.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
- Payment processors: If you pay by Square, your payment is handled directly by Square Inc. under their own privacy policy.
- Gallery delivery: Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery (e.g. Pixieset). Access is restricted to you and anyone you share the gallery link with.
- Legal obligation: If required by law or a regulatory authority.
Your Rights
