Rush delivery (48 hours) + $250–$350
Executive headshots on the day (per person) + $60–$80

Speaker recording — operated camera (3rd operator req.) On request
Travel
Under 45 min — $1.20/km return + tolls Standard
45 min – 2 hrs — $1.20/km + tolls + $80/hr per person (both ways) Travel time charged

If total day (shoot + travel) exceeds 8 hours, minimum full-day rate applies.

Venue coordinators & event managers: We're happy to quote on behalf of your clients. All rates are exclusive of GST. A 50% deposit secures your date; balance due within 7 days of the event. Files released on receipt of full payment. Minimum booking: one half day.

Gallery access: Private galleries live for 90 days from delivery. Extended access on request. Full terms at theconferenceboys.com.au/terms
